Licenses are per WLED controller, not per user account. You can choose yearly ($4.99/year, renews until cancelled) or lifetime ($14.99 one-time) for each device—the feature set is the same.
Multiple phones can control the same paid matrix without extra purchases.
Each WLED controller needs its own license—either yearly ($4.99/year each) or lifetime ($14.99 each, one-time).
Examples (yearly): 2 matrices = $9.98/year total; 3 matrices = $14.97/year. Lifetime stacks as separate one-time purchases per device.
Yes! Once a device is marked as paid, multiple family members or users can connect to it from different phones without needing separate subscriptions.
This makes it perfect for families where everyone wants to control the LED matrix from their own device.
If you replace your WLED controller with a new one, it will have a different device identifier, so you would need a new subscription for the replacement device.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app store where you made the purchase:
- Google Play Store: Go to Play Store > Account > Subscriptions > Pipplee WLED 2D > Cancel
- Apple App Store: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Pipplee WLED 2D > Cancel
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase ($14.99) that unlocks Pipplee Pro for one WLED device, the same feature set as the yearly plan. It does not auto-renew.
